Repairs
We have been repairing lamps for over 25 years. When you bring your lamp in, an estimate can be given. Generally lamp repairs cost between $35-$60. Repair services are limited only to electrical rewiring.
Lighting Consultation
Our knowledgeable staff can help you select and coordinate fixtures for one room or an entire home. Please call us to schedule an appointment if you will require a whole house order. We offer on-site consultations and can also work from blueprints to achieve the lighting to fit your needs.

Delivery
We offer free delivery in the greater Ann Arbor area with a whole house order.
Special Orders
Visit our manufacturers links to see the many companies we are able to order. Special orders generally take 4-8 weeks. Lampshade orders take 8-12 weeks. Top of the Lamp cannot be held responsible for manufacturers’ delays. Special orders are not returnable or refundable.

We offer gift certificates in any amount!
Policies
Merchandise normally carried in our inventory may be returned unused in resalable condition and in their original packaging within thirty (30) days of purchase for credit only upon our acceptance. Such returned merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the applicable invoice and buyer shall be subject to at least a twenty percent (20%) charge based upon the purchase price of the goods plus all transportation charges.
